Deputy to the Quality System Supervisor (80%)

We are creating a new position within the Quality & Sustainability department: Internal Quality Auditor at 80%. This person will have a field role across French-speaking Switzerland, close to the establishments and teams, and will also work at headquarters in close collaboration with the Quality Management System Supervisor, at the heart of our integrated systems.
You will contribute to the control and continuous improvement of Eldora’s integrated management system. Highly present in the field, you will conduct internal audits in the Group’s establishments, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, with the aim of helping restaurants and the company create value.
Directly supporting the management system supervisor, you will participate in the deployment, coherence and effectiveness of Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety at Work and Sustainability initiatives.
Your role:
- Plan and conduct internal audits in Eldora establishments in French-speaking Switzerland, according to the defined audit programme.
- Assess the compliance of practices with internal, regulatory requirements and applicable standards.
- Observe field practices, analyse discrepancies, identify causes and provide pragmatic recommendations.
- Write audit reports.
- Support restaurant managers and teams in understanding and adopting standards.
- Participate in monitoring Quality & Sustainability indicators and contribute to trend and risk analysis.
- Contribute to measuring customer and diner satisfaction.
- Contribute to updating procedures, instructions and management system tools.
- Participate in preparation and follow-up of certification audits and external inspections.
- Provide operational and functional support to the management system supervisor in continuous improvement and development projects.
- Occasionally contribute to cross-functional projects within the Quality & Sustainability department, linked to the Group’s business development.
Your profile:
- Higher education in quality, food industry, food safety, or an equivalent field.
- Professional experience in Quality, Audit, QHSE/HQSE roles or in collective catering / food industry.
- Good knowledge of HACCP principles and ideally ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 management systems.
- Training or initial experience in internal auditing is a significant asset.
- Ease in analysing situations, identifying risks and formalising findings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: you know how to convey demanding messages with pedagogy, respect and a sense of dialogue.
- Autonomy, rigour, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple interventions and priorities.
- A passion for fieldwork and a strong interest in catering professions and their operational realities.
- Fluency in French; German is an asset.
- Driving licence essential, as the role involves regular travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland.
