As a trading company, we supply specialist retailers, online retailers, and wholesalers with fastening technology, tools, chemical-technical products, and PPE.

• You advise our customers expertly and find the right solution for every enquiry
• You create quotations that convince
• On the phone, you confidently switch between German and French
• In short: You enjoy creating "wow" experiences for our customers
• Additionally, you work closely with our field staff and key account managers – you are a well-coordinated team

What you bring with you

• A commercial basic education or training in retail with a technical flair or a craft-technical basic education (e.g. carpentry, joinery, mechanics) with commercial experience
• Experience in direct customer contact
• Ideally experience with CRM/ERP systems and corresponding process understanding
• Good basic MS Office skills
• Very good German and French skills, Italian an advantage
