Your job at a glance
What you will achieve with us
- Comprehensive legal advice and support for private clients as well as entrepreneurs and executives in estate and succession matters
- Drafting, in particular, of wills, marriage and inheritance contracts, as well as advance directives
- Legal support and structuring of lifetime asset transfers and business successions
- Collaboration with our internal specialists in business succession, taxation, or financial planning
- Internal and external presentations at training sessions and client events
What you bring with you
- You have a completed law degree, ideally with a practising certificate
- You possess in-depth knowledge in the areas of matrimonial property and inheritance law as well as corporate law
- You work independently and have assertiveness
- You have a distinct flair for expressing even complex matters in an understandable language (both orally and in writing)
- You conduct internal training sessions and confidently appear at external specialist events
- You enjoy direct client contact and have a winning and polished demeanour
- You appreciate exchanging ideas with client advisors and internal bank specialists across professional and team boundaries
- You think and act in a solution-oriented manner
