PAYROLL SPECIALIST 80-100%

• Responsibility for the complete payroll administration of a defined group of employees from entry to exit
• Ensure independent, precise and timely recording of all personnel changes in SAP
• Ensure correct processing of working time data from various employment relationships (GAV, personnel regulations) as well as from the time recording application RTM
• Control and ensure the correct payment of compensations related to various absences such as accident, illness, maternity leave, paternity leave and military service
• Review and posting of social insurance accounts (AHV, KTG, UVG, pension fund, etc.)
• Processing and control of family allowances
• Preparation and review of withholding tax statements
• Close cooperation with HR administration and HR business partners
• Advising employees on salary and social insurance matters
• Main contact person for insurance companies, authorities and tax administrations.

This is what defines you.

• Commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training in payroll and/or social insurance
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable payroll function
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
• Independent, structured and timely working style combined with a high service orientation
• Committed personality with joy in teamwork as well as openness to change and new challenges
• High discretion, reliability and sense of responsibility in handling sensitive personnel data
