YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

• Coordination and distribution of work within the teams
• Personnel responsibility for around 30 employees
• Deputy for the Head of Internal Sales
• Monitoring of quality standards and input deadlines
• Preparation of quotations, quotation plans and perspectives
• Preparation of order confirmations, execution and installation plans
• Processing of orders
• Support of sales staff during consultations in the showroom

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

• Completed vocational training as a carpenter or draughtsperson is an advantage
• Professional experience in the kitchen industry as well as leadership experience is essential
• Good IT user skills (Office, ERP, planning software Winner)
• Sales flair and strong closing skills
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Precise and reliable working method
• Motivation, enthusiasm and commitment
