What you can achieve

• Responsible for integrating sustainable construction and operational standards taking into account ecological, economic and social aspects
• Planning and managing all phases of the building life cycle – from planning through construction to operation as well as later renovation or decommissioning – with a focus on sustainable use and maintenance
• Monitoring construction work, ensuring compliance with construction and safety standards, and coordinating all parties involved for a smooth project process
• Analysing and optimising operating costs during the usage phase to ensure long-term economic viability
• Incorporating construction and safety standards as well as owner and operator requirements into projects
• Ensuring quality, deadlines and costs in projects by applying the PbFM approach
• Supporting collaboration in various planning and management committees

What you bring

• Training in facility management with a focus on construction-accompanying FM
• Very good knowledge of sustainable building as well as SIA/GEFMA guidelines
• Several years of experience in planning and implementing construction projects and sound knowledge of project management
• Communicative personality with negotiation skills and the ability to keep an overview even in demanding projects
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as high quality and sense of responsibility
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Confident handling of digital media, CAD and CAFM systems
• Valid category B driving licence
