Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced architect for the BIM-based tender and execution planning of complex and architecturally demanding building projects. You will be responsible for the planning development and coordination of Revit sub-models and develop high-quality architectural as well as technical-constructive solutions. In close collaboration with project management, BIM management, specialist planners and experts, you ensure consistent and executable digital planning. The position combines a high design standard with solid Revit expertise, BIM methodology and constructive detail planning.
Responsibilities:
Independent processing and coordination of Revit (sub-)models for complex building projects
Development and planning elaboration of architectural and constructive solutions from the building model to the execution detail
Creation and further development of tender, execution and detail planning based on the BIM model
Application of the BIM method for structured planning, coordination and quality assurance across relevant project phases
Coordination of models and planning content with project management, BIM management, specialist planners and external experts
Integration and coordination of specialist models from structural engineering, building services and other planning disciplines
Conducting model and clash checks as well as processing spatial and technical interfaces
Ensuring model quality, data consistency and plan derivation according to project-specific BIM requirements
Independent structuring and processing of defined project areas, components and planning packages
Development of constructive detail and material solutions considering design, technology and feasibility
Review and coordination of specialist planner and contractor documents as well as integration of relevant information into architectural planning
Ensuring planning complies with relevant SIA standards, Swiss building regulations and project-specific quality standards
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies as Architect FH/ETH or comparable university degree
At least 5 years of professional experience in handling complex architecture and building projects
Very good user knowledge of Autodesk Revit and solid experience with the BIM method
Experience in tender, execution and constructive detail planning
Sound knowledge in building construction, model coordination and BIM-based planning processes
Professional experience in the Swiss construction industry as well as knowledge of relevant SIA standards is an advantage
Very good German skills spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
