Tasks
- Strategy & Roll-out: You develop and implement a holistic occupational health management (OHM) strategy for the Suva Clinics based on Suva's OHM
- Professional Responsibility: You hold overall professional responsibility for absence management, prevention and early intervention, as well as for existing and new prevention offers
- Analysis & Preventive Measures: You systematically analyse absence data and causes and derive targeted prevention and intervention measures
- Consultation & Training: You advise and train managers in handling short- and long-term absences as well as health topics, taking into account legal requirements and internal processes
- Case Management: You support employees who are long-term ill or injured and coordinate the relevant stakeholders within the framework of case management. As the central contact person, you are available for all questions regarding case management
- Key Figures & Success Measurement: Defining, collecting and evaluating key figures to measure success (e.g. reduction of absence days, costs or turnover) also fall within your area of responsibility
- Projects & Further Development: You independently lead and manage cross-departmental OHM projects and continuously develop our health offers with new ideas and impulses. In addition, you collaborate on cross-departmental OHM, occupational safety and health protection projects
Profile
- Education & Qualification: You have completed training in occupational, organisational or personnel psychology, health management, case management or a comparable qualification
- Experience: You bring several years of experience in occupational health management and experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
- Expertise: You are well versed in labour law and social insurance and are familiar with handling key figures, statistics and project management methods
- Moderation & Training: You have experience in moderating workshops and conducting training sessions
- Working Style & Personality: You are characterised by an independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as empathy, advisory competence and assertiveness
- Languages & IT: You have native-level German and very good French skills (at least C1) or vice versa. Very good IT skills are a matter of course for you
- Workplace: Your main workplace is either in Bellikon or in Sion. Regular cross-site collaboration is expected
