Your tasks
- Support of the helpdesk (recording, processing and control of tickets/orders) of our customer at Zurich Airport
- Creation, processing and accounting of invoices
- Preparation of offers and contract adjustments for the customer
- Creation and management of object budgets in cooperation with the customer
- Participation and recording of the minutes of regular customer meetings
- General building management tasks (object documentation, property administration, etc.)
- Support and coordination of suppliers
- General administrative tasks such as office supply orders, etc.
- Office supplies
- Support of the site manager in various coordinating tasks
Your profile
- Completed training in the commercial sector or hospitality, knowledge in facility management is an advantage
- Professional experience in a similar field (airport business) is highly advantageous
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Very high flexibility and openness to new things are a must
- High service orientation, common sense as well as a healthy sense of humor
- Discretion and impeccable reputation are required
- More than 5 years residence in Switzerland
