HR Marketing and Recruitment Specialist

Tasks

• You independently take on defined tasks within HR marketing and recruitment and coordinate various recruiting processes and recruitment measures.
• You manage the central recruiting mailbox, triage enquiries and recruitment orders, and coordinate the further process steps.
• You create and publish job advertisements, process applications, conduct initial telephone screenings, and coordinate interviews as well as other appointments in the selection process.
• You manage collective advertisements, unsolicited applications, candidate pools, and recruiting tools, ensuring high data quality in our systems and lists.
• You contribute to HR marketing, recruiting marketing, content, key figures, process improvements, as well as smaller projects and events.

Profile

• Independent, structured and reliable working style as well as enjoyment in coordination and contact with different people
• Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in recruiting, personnel acquisition or HR administration. Experience or further training in project management, consulting or marketing is an advantage
• Commercial basic training and completed HR specialist certificate
• Interest in HR marketing, recruiting marketing and the further development of processes
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as very good PC user skills and enthusiasm for digital tools

The HR marketing and recruitment area is part of Human Resources and is responsible for personnel acquisition as well as topics around HR marketing, recruiting marketing and employer positioning. We work closely with the various HR specialist areas, the health centres and other internal departments.
