We value professional, personal collaboration – with clients, partners, and within our team. With us, you will find an open corporate culture, short communication paths, and people who want to take responsibility.
Your tasks
Mandate support and communication – You are the contact person for internal and external clients, handle their concerns reliably, and work closely with the mandate management.

Financial statements and VAT – Together with the mandate management, you contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, prepare VAT returns and sales reconciliations, and support audits.
Projects and process development – You take on administrative tasks in daily business, participate in intra-group projects, and support the further development of digital financial and fiduciary processes.

Education – You have a commercial basic education. Ongoing or completed further training in finance or fiduciary services is an advantage.
Professional experience – You bring practical experience in financial accounting; knowledge of payroll administration is a plus. Ideally, you have already contributed to VAT returns and periodic financial statements.
IT skills – You enjoy working digitally and confidently with accounting software. Experience with Abacus is an advantage; further knowledge of ERP, time tracking, or CRM systems is welcome.
