Administrative Assistant Securities Taxation
Tax Administration | 40% | Chur
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant Securities Taxation for the Tax Administration / Special Taxes Department / Withholding Tax Section immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Checking and updating payment addresses of taxable persons
- Telephone contact with taxable persons
- Handling incoming inquiries by email and telephone
- Administrative tasks related to the refund of foreign withholding taxes
- General administrative tasks in the commercial area
What we expect from you
- Commercial or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience in banking or fiduciary services, preferably in securities or tax area
- Sense of responsibility, discretion, perseverance, resilience, and accuracy
- Flair for IT and independent work as well as interest in further training opportunities
- Confident negotiation skills, fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
