Your Tasks

• Responsibility for customer administration as well as central contact person for repair orders and customer enquiries
• Professional handling of complaints and ensuring customer- and solution-oriented support
• Preparation and conduct of price negotiations for repair components with customers
• Creation of meaningful status reports and regular reporting on ongoing repair orders
• Coordination and close collaboration with internal interfaces to ensure timely and smooth order processing
• Maintenance of project status reports as well as continuous monitoring of deadlines, milestones and project progress

What Convince Us

• Completed technical vocational training with commercial further education
• Sound user knowledge in MS Office as well as SAP
• Several years of professional experience in a commercial environment, ideally in customer service or customer support
• Confident German skills as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with various internal and external contacts
