Construction Manager Building Construction / Project Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 120,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced construction manager for the independent implementation of demanding building construction projects in Switzerland. Our client operates in the construction and real estate sector and accompanies projects from planning through execution to completion. The company offers varied construction projects, high personal responsibility, modern work processes, as well as attractive opportunities for professional and personal development.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and coordination of building construction projects from planning to completion
Organisation and supervision of construction processes, schedules and resources
Coordination of contractors, craftsmen, specialist planners and other project participants
Review and implementation of execution plans, details and technical specifications
Monitoring of costs, quality and construction progress
Preparation and conduct of construction meetings, site inspections and handovers
Processing of measurements, contractor invoices, change orders and defect management
Ongoing construction administration and project documentation as well as support in project control
Qualifications:
Completed construction-specific training, for example draughtsman EFZ specialising in architecture, construction manager, technician HF or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in construction management of building projects in Switzerland
Further training in construction management or project management is an advantage
Good knowledge of Swiss construction processes, execution and construction administration
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
