Your Tasks

Responsibility for accounting, NAV calculation, and reporting of funds in the area of alternative investments, especially private equity funds, hedge funds, mortgage funds, as well as other alternative asset classes including preparation of quarterly/annual reports and capital account statements
Preparation of quarterly accounting and manual recalculation of NAVs based on investor statements
Daily booking and reconciliations such as cash balances, positions, and other fund movements of liquid funds
Handling enquiries and preparing evidence as well as ensuring professionally correct and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
Support in projects such as fund launches, restructurings, mergers, etc., as well as in tests due to new requirements or release changes
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and fund managers

Your Profile

Completed commercial training – further education (FH/HF) is an advantage
Professional experience in securities administration and financial accounting
Confident handling of common accounting and reporting tools as well as very good Excel skills, especially for conducting analyses and manual evaluations
Openness and affinity for the use of modern, efficient tools and technologies (e.g. AI-supported applications like ChatGPT) to optimise processes and automate workflows
Excellent organisational skills as well as a pronounced talent for prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously and processing them on time
Independent and structured working style with a high degree of reliability and accuracy
Team player, high solution orientation, and a high degree of initiative
You speak fluent German and can read and understand texts in English
