Your role:
- Systematic collection, structuring and critical questioning of sales requirements through interviews, workshops and process analyses.
- Derivation of clear, actionable business requirements and transformation into precise functional specifications for Salesforce.
- Close collaboration with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Compliance, IT, Risk) and
Consulting the departments on best practices in Salesforce.
- Active participation in change management through training and enablement of power users as well as creation of training materials.
- Support of testing activities (UAT), creation of test cases and conducting acceptance tests.
Your education and experience:
- 3 - 5 years of practical experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Project Manager. Experience in the banking/financial sector is an advantage.
- University or university of applied sciences degree in business, (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
- Salesforce certifications are an advantage (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst)
- Good German language skills (native / C1)

You will work in an expert team of 4 people in the Digital Transformation division, closely collaborating with colleagues from other departments on the introduction and further development of Salesforce.
