About the job
Your Tasks
• You support the Assistant Head of Marketing & Communication in various activities.
• As an intern, you take on daily (internet) research as well as media monitoring.
• You participate in trade fairs, information evenings, and opening events.
• In this role, you assist in the creation and production of print products as well as online contributions or handle small sponsorship requests.
• Your workplace is located at the department reception, and you welcome our guests.
• You contribute administratively to our marketing & communication teams.
• You manage the address database.
• In this diverse role, you also help with tasks such as managing the info mail inbox, mail distribution, telephone service, communication tasks, etc.
• You plan our annual team outing and support the planning of the Christmas party.
Your Profile
• You have completed your gymnasium-level Matura or are in the final year of the business school and are looking for the opportunity to gain initial professional experience before your studies.
• You are confident in using common MS Office programs.
• You are interested in marketing and communication tasks and have always wanted to look behind the scenes of a marketing department.
• You enjoy writing and like interacting with people.
• You bring broad general knowledge and are interested in education.
• You quickly grasp what it is about, are curious, and open to new things.
• You are appreciated as a helpful team player in the team.
• A friendly, well-groomed appearance and a touch of humor complete your diverse profile for this role.
