Estimator in Specialist Civil Engineering

Your Responsibilities

• Preparing calculations and tender documents for small to large projects
• Identifying, reviewing, and developing variants and lump-sum offers
• Networking and advising customers and partners
• Supporting management in contractor discussions
• Detailed handover of submissions to site managers and project leaders
• Maintaining standard calculation data
• Preparing construction programmes / technical reports / concepts / variants
• Preparing follow-up and supplementary calculations

Your Profile

• Completed training as a certified site manager, certified master builder / civil engineer or interest and willingness to learn to perform this task
• Practical experience as a site manager or estimator
• Resilient, independent, and assertive personality
• Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking and acting
• High sense of responsibility, committed and motivated personality
• Consulting competence and persuasiveness with innovative solutions
