Clerk Political Rights and Publications
Chancellery | 50–60 % | Chur
The Chancellery sees itself as a service provider for the cantonal administration and the public. It is the general staff office of the government and the Grand Council. The Chancellery enables the government and parliament to fulfil their tasks purposefully, effectively and transparently for the public. It guarantees and facilitates the exercise of political rights for the citizens.
We are looking for a Clerk Political Rights and Publications for the Chancellery from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement to complement our team.
Your area of responsibility
- Participation in the preparation, implementation and control of referendums and elections
- Publications in the Cantonal Gazette, in the "Official Collection of Laws" and in the "Bündner Legal Book"
- Support in individual phases of the legislative process
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience, ideally in public administration
- Experience in the field of political rights is an advantage (e.g. work in a municipal voting office)
- Very good IT skills and interest in legal matters
- Confident German; knowledge of the other official languages is an advantage
- Independent, efficient and very precise way of working
