Your tasks
- You ensure the telephone and written 1st level support of our digital channels (eBanking, ZKB Mobile Banking, ZKB TWINT, frankly, ZKB InfoApp, financial information)
- As a Digital Enabler, you enthusiastically guide our customers through digitalization
- First point of contact for our customers in handling fraud cases
- You take turns being responsible for evening and weekend shifts
- Occasionally, you support and work on projects and testing
Your profile
- Professional experience in telephone communication such as contact center, personal customer consulting, or IT support
- With your above-average IT affinity and interest in new technologies and trends, you actively shape the innovation process
- Thanks to your pronounced empathy, you can easily put yourself in our customers and their needs
- You are a communicative personality and have great enthusiasm for customer contact
- You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written; additional foreign language skills in another national language are an advantage
