Property Accountant 50 - 100 %

The following responsibilities you will take on:

• Independent management of property accounting for condominiums and rental properties
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements within the portfolio assigned to you
• Preparation of budgets as well as heating and ancillary cost statements
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting as well as monitoring of incoming payments
• Responsible for dunning and debt collection
• Close cooperation with the property management team for smooth processes

The following qualifications you bring:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in property accounting for condominium and rental properties
• Enjoy working on complex topics and taking responsibility
• Strong numerical aptitude and precise, independent working style
• Very good MS Office skills and ImmoTop2 advantageous
• Very good German language skills
