Tend Property Management is growing – and so is our real estate portfolio. To smoothly and efficiently transfer new mandates into our system, we are looking for a committed individual with experience in property accounting.
Your focus is on the takeover of new properties and mandates: you ensure that all accounting fundamentals are correctly set up, the billing keys are accurate – and the first service charge statements are created without errors.

Your job – project-based, structured, process-oriented
You play a key role in the accounting takeover process of new mandates – from reviewing previous statements, through clean migration into the system, to integration into daily business.
Your area of responsibility
- You ensure that all relevant billing data, balances, and keys are correctly recorded in the accounting system
- You take over heating and service charge readings as well as balances from the last statements and transfer them into our system
- You assist with off-cycle statements within the scope of mandate takeovers
- You prepare the first heating and service charge statements as part of the mandate takeover – and also manage these in the following years
- You maintain relevant billing keys in the accounting system and support the maintenance of master data
- You document the takeover processes and work closely with the entire team
What you bring with you
- A completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of professional experience in property accounting – ideally complemented by further training in finance/accounting or real estate
- Solid experience in preparing heating and service charge statements as well as in mandate takeovers – including data migration and system integration
- Affinity for digital tools and modern software solutions – experience with Abacus and Propbase is a big plus
- Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style – you think entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and show initiative
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
