- Be responsible for the training of our apprentices at our central training workshop in Olten.
- Take charge of the professional and pedagogical development of theoretical and practical training units.
- Organise the various training units and carry them out with the apprentices.
- Support our branch training managers.
You inspire us – your profile
- You have successfully completed your training in ophthalmic optics
- You have experience in customer advice, workshop work, as well as in managing and supervising apprentices
- You appreciate empathetic interactions with young people
- You have good communication skills, preferably in several languages (fr/de/it/en)
- You work independently and in a structured manner, aware of your responsibilities
- You are assertive and resilient
- You have team spirit and value cooperative work
- You are open to new technologies
