What is my role?

Our client is looking for a production professional who masters complex manufacturing processes in a highly specialised plant. In this position, you operate state-of-the-art production technology and ensure that premium products are created from first-class raw materials, meeting the highest quality standards.

Your daily mission:

• Operation of highly complex production plants with the latest control technology

• Monitoring and optimisation of sensitive manufacturing processes in real time

• Independent control of critical process parameters and immediate intervention in case of deviations

• Precise setup and adjustment of demanding production lines

• Conducting quality checks with sensory evaluation

• Ensuring the highest hygiene and safety standards

• Professional documentation of all production-relevant processes

• Active participation in continuous process improvement

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training in production or process engineering

• Very good German skills for documentation and team communication

• Ideally experience in operating demanding production plants
