Senior IT Service Integration Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
Do you want to ensure the stable operation of complex IT services and actively drive the further development of modern corporate infrastructures? In this role, you coordinate external IT service providers, take responsibility for demanding technical disruptions, and ensure that systems are operated reliably, securely, and efficiently.
In addition to operational support, you design automation and standardisation measures, accompany technical projects, and ensure compliance with relevant security requirements. You combine sound IT expertise with a strong service orientation and a structured approach.
Responsibilities:
Management of external IT operations partners to ensure stable and high-performance IT services
Responsibility for 2nd and 3rd level support as well as coordination of complex incidents and problem situations
Further development and automation of infrastructure, workplace, and security processes
Ensuring compliance with IT security standards and regulatory requirements for new systems
Evaluation of new technologies and transition of hardware and software from projects into productive operation
Creation of technical documentation and training materials to support employees
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with further education at HF, FH, or university level
At least five years of professional experience in a service-oriented IT environment
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows client management
Practical knowledge in network technology, IT security, and system architecture
Experience with PowerShell or comparable automation tools as well as in implementing IT projects
Strong communication and service orientation, experience working with external providers, and very good German and English skills
