For our team at the Ursenbach site in the Swiss Midlands, we are looking to fill the following position immediately or by arrangement:

Skilled Worker Optical Quality Inspection 80–100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Independent execution and assessment of the optical quality inspection of our front glazing according to EN 15152 as well as other customer-specific test requirements
- Performing dimensional and electrical tests according to test plans, drawings, specifications, and applicable quality requirements
- Identifying, assessing, and documenting quality deviations as well as ensuring traceable test documentation
- Recording and logging test and measurement values and correct handling of the testing and measuring equipment used
- Ensuring reliable and consistent fault assessment as well as compliance with defined test processes and quality standards
- Active participation in improving test procedures, quality, and productivity within your own work area
- Ensuring orderliness, cleanliness, and compliance with applicable 5S guidelines
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training, preferably in a technical, mechanical, or industrial environment
- Good technical understanding and ability to confidently read and implement drawings, test instructions, and technical specifications
- Strong quality awareness, good visual and assessment skills, and enjoyment of precise and focused work
- Experience in quality inspection, quality assurance, or fault assessment is an advantage
- Good user knowledge of MS Office
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form and enjoyment of teamwork
