• You plan the general cargo traffic together with your team and organise national transports in the area of partial and full loads
• You are responsible for the smooth handling and stability of work processes in dispatch
• You ensure compliance with legal requirements and contractual agreements and guarantee quality as well as cost-effectiveness in dispatch. In case of deviations, you react and communicate proactively and solution-oriented
• You take on the professional leadership of your team and promote the further development of employees
• You maintain partnership relations with transport companies and support contract negotiations
• You communicate and coordinate internal concerns, also across locations with other DACHSER branches in Switzerland and abroad

• You have a commercial education with proven professional experience in dispatch in the field of forwarding and logistics
• Proven leadership experience: You are able to lead a team, pass on your expertise and convince through empathy, professional competence and communication skills
• Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you can evaluate relevant performance indicators and set priorities in a targeted manner
• Your actions and cooperation are characterised by a strong service orientation
• You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written, and have a confident handling of common IT applications
