Quality Assurance & Vehicle Support Specialist 80% - 100%

Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles, ensure quality, and make sure everything is ready for deployment
- Not just document faults and defects, but find causes and drive solutions forward
- Further develop quality and warranty processes and improve workflows
- Collaborate with workshops, suppliers, and partners both domestically and abroad
- Coordinate orders, appointments, and deliveries while always keeping an overview
- Independently take on exciting sub-projects and accompany them from idea to implementation
- Conduct vehicle handovers and customer training, ensuring technology is properly understood and used
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training - ideally in the commercial vehicle/car sector, agricultural machinery, plant or industrial technology
- Experience with municipal/commercial vehicles and quality management is an advantage
- Good German skills & driving licence category C or willingness to take the test
- An independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Technical understanding and the ability to tackle problems rather than pass them on
- Enjoyment of variety, responsibility, and actively driving things forward
