The FIPE AG is an internationally active Swiss company in the technical-industrial sector. To support and further develop our integrated management system, we are looking for a committed, practice-oriented personality.

In this versatile role, you will work directly with the management and closely with our specialist departments. You will receive a lot of personal responsibility and scope for design to pragmatically further develop quality, processes, environment, and occupational safety.

Your tasks

• Support and further development of our integrated management system (IMS) according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Planning and conducting internal audits as well as accompanying customer, supplier, and certification audits
• Handling quality deviations and complaints as well as coordinating root cause analyses and corrective actions
• Participation in test planning and test criteria as well as monitoring of test and measuring equipment
• Further development of supplier quality together with procurement, production, and development
• Monitoring relevant standards, legal and other binding requirements
• Management of relevant IMS key figures, tracking of measures, and preparation of the annual management review
• Practical training and support of our employees in quality, environmental, and safety topics
• Assuming the role of Safety Officer (SIBE) as well as managing environmental management

Your profile

• Higher technical vocational training or comparable technical practical experience as well as further training in quality management
• Several years of QM experience in a manufacturing or technical-industrial company, ideally in an SME
• Good practical knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Experience with test planning, complaint handling, root cause analyses and methods such as 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa and FMEA
• Good technical understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes as well as technical drawings and specifications
• Qualification as an internal auditor and as SIBE/KOPAS as well as knowledge in environmental management is an advantage – alternatively willingness to acquire these qualifications promptly
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office as well as experience with ERP or quality management systems
• Very good German skills and good English skills
