Your challenge as Team Leader Integration and Pension: You lead a team of around 15 employees from administration and customer advisory. Together, you are responsible for the efficient, competent, and consistent processing of IV registrations. Your employees clarify expectations with customers and inform them about integration possibilities. They review the documents, coordinate the further procedure, and process the cases efficiently. They are supported by subject matter experts. Time plays an important role. If a job is still available, a first location meeting with our customers is held as quickly as possible. You bear the personnel responsibility for your team and, together with the experts, ensure the strategic direction, attitude, and quality.

What you bring.
You have a university degree or a commercial basic education with qualified further training (e.g., business administration further education or case management). In addition, you bring professional experience in social insurance or case work.

What else do we expect from you? You have a quick grasp, are solution-oriented, open to change, and handle different interests constructively. You have a positive view of people and critically reflect on your own actions. You know how to create a working environment where employees have freedom and can contribute ideas for improvements. You promote dialogue on an equal footing and are convinced that mutual constructive feedback is an opportunity for development.
