Quality Manager Plastics Industry 80-100% (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a leading competence centre for thermoplastic adhesive films with its own research and development. The company develops, produces, and distributes technically sophisticated adhesive films for industrial applications in various markets – from textiles to composites to electronics and medical applications. You manage GMP requirements in ongoing production operations.
You document and handle FMEA, CAPA, and change processes.
You independently conduct employee training on quality-relevant specifications.
You support the responsible departments during internal and external audits.
You evaluate quality data and prepare corresponding reports and statistics.
You regularly maintain control charts and other instruments for process monitoring.
You handle test equipment, deviations, and error reports according to defined guidelines.
You support the QM team with environmental and PPAP topics.
Qualifications:
Completed further training or qualification in quality management.
Several years of professional experience in the GMP environment of a manufacturing company.
Practical knowledge in creating and maintaining quality-relevant documentation.
Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP.
Precise and independent working style with a high quality awareness.
Experience with audit processes, FMEA, or CAPA is desirable.
Communicative and service-oriented working style in exchange with various departments.
Very good German skills as well as solid English skills in spoken and written form.
