Job Description
We are seeking a committed, motivated and self-organised person with an affinity for medical technology to support our DACH sales team with a focus on Switzerland in the field of image-guided surgery. This is a home office position with travel requirements. A possible place of residence to cover the sales area well is anywhere in Switzerland.
Your tasks include:
- Building and maintaining trustworthy, successful relationships with customers and partners as well as advising on the selection of optimal solutions
- Representing Brainlab with a professional and innovative appearance towards customers, competitors and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining the customer network through regular on-site visits as well as active participation in workshops and congresses
- Close collaboration with colleagues from Customer Consulting, Product Management and regional teams
- Taking on sales-preparatory and sales-supporting tasks, especially in the context of offer preparation, customer communication and process coordination
- Participation in the entire sales process with a clear focus on consulting, needs analysis and solution presentation, while contract conclusions are centrally managed by the VP Sales
- Responsibility for tender management such as creating and managing offers, analysing and evaluating tenders, coordinating various departments, deadline management and communication with the customer
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience through structured support of customers along all sales-related activities
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business, engineering or IT
- Entrepreneurial thinking, independent and structured working style as well as strong customer focus
- Experience in sales of capital goods
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Interest in healthcare, medical technology and innovations
- High willingness to travel (up to 80%)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as strong presentation skills
- German at native level as well as fluent French and English skills
