Your mission…

• Getting to know various company departments, their work processes and areas of responsibility during your training period
• Organising appointments with customers for the various businesses
• Competently supporting and advising our customers by telephone
• Receiving and correctly processing complaints
• Getting to know and using various systems and tools, such as MS Teams, in your daily work

This is how you fit with us…

• by having at least a secondary school leaving certificate of the highest level
• because you enjoy telephoning, communicating and organising
• because you have a quick grasp and are motivated to learn new things
• by showing joy in telephone customer contact and convincing with your friendly manner
• because you have good to very good oral and written language skills in German
• because you have a flair for languages and also speak very good French, Italian or English
• by having an interest in working with computers and new technologies
