Your Tasks
• Project planning and control
• Preparing cost calculations and writing quotations
• Economical and needs-based procurement of equipment and consumables
• Independent project management and monitoring with regard to costs, quality and deadlines
• Identification, assessment and monitoring of project-specific risks
• Preparing post-calculations, project evaluations and final accounts
• Negotiation and enforcement of amendments and additional claims
• Participation in or leadership of project and construction site meetings
• Customer care as well as conducting customer visits and undertaking additional sales and acquisition tasks
• Preparation of visit and meeting reports
• Ensuring the technical compliance of project requirements with applicable standards and specifications.
• Ensuring compliance with work instructions, procedures and guidelines
• Creating safety concepts in collaboration with safety officers
• Specification and monitoring of special testing, acceptance and documentation requirements
• Reviewing technical plans, specifications and project documents
• Analysing and solving technical challenges during project execution
• Supporting technical decision-making processes

Your Competencies
• Experience in project execution in industrial plant construction or related fields.
• Process engineering knowledge of the function and handling of technical plants and piping systems.
• Ability to read and understand piping diagrams.
• Knowledge of occupational safety and environmental protection, especially in handling chemicals
• IT skills: confident use of PC, tablet and smartphone; very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) as well as experience with digital tools and software packages (DME) and web-based applications.
• Knowledge of the most important materials in plant construction.
• Knowledge of pipe classes and related standards
• Knowledge of working methods and documentation in the GMP environment.
• Sense of responsibility, diligence and high quality standards
