Your tasks

• Professional and personnel management of a nursing team
• Responsible for administrative management and documentation
• Participation in the further development and optimisation of processes
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Exchange and coordination with management and executive members
• RAI Coordinator
• During the absence of the Head of Nursing and Care, you will assume their deputy role

Your profile

• Completed nursing training (Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, DN II) or equivalent
• Professional and leadership experience as well as willingness to continue education
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Confident handling of electronic nursing documentation
• Team-oriented, resilient personality with good German language skills, both spoken and written
