Your tasks

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Reconciliation and maintenance of general ledger accounts
• Ensuring a smooth accounts payable process including payment management
• Preparation and review of VAT returns
• Conducting analyses and reports for internal stakeholders
• Contact person for external auditors and partners
• Participation in the optimisation and further development of financial processes
• Active acquisition and winning of new mandates

We are looking for a person who is professionally strong, enjoys working on an interim basis and takes pleasure in developing initial mandates into an independent business area with a strong team.

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g. professional certificate)
• Solid experience in financial accounting, especially financial statements and accounts payable
• Good knowledge of accounting regulations
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Abacus, MS Dynamics 365 or similar) and very good Excel skills
• German at native speaker level
• English skills advantageous (at least B1) Structured, reliable and independent working style
