What you will achieve
- Support programme management in planning, controlling and monitoring a complex transformation programme
- Coordinate, prepare and professionally accompany workshops, meetings and steering appointments
- Create and prepare management reports, status reports and decision-making documents tailored to the audience
- Record, maintain, evaluate project, budget and resource data and proactively monitor open tasks
- Coordinate and support collaboration between project teams, departments and stakeholders
What you bring
- Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
- Field: In commercial or business administration, further training in project management is an advantage
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in project management in the retail sector and/or IT environment
- Methodological competence in project management (classical / agile, possibly IPMA Level D or equivalent certification)
- Enjoy coordinating and supporting departments and project teams
- Work independently, reliably and in a structured manner while always keeping an overview
- Prepare complex topics in a structured and understandable way
- German (C1)
- English (A2)
