The Office for Economy and Labour provides a wide range of services for companies, employees, and job seekers. The Logistics Department for Labour Market Measures (LAM), with around 40 employees, is responsible for planning and implementing labour market measures. These are instruments for the qualification and reintegration of job-seeking individuals and support them quickly and sustainably in returning to the labour market. These include collective and individual education and employment measures, internships, onboarding subsidies, promotion of self-employment, as well as other cantonal and national measures.
