As Team Leader Production Packing, we are looking for a responsible personality with organisational talent, technical flair and ideally experience in the food industry or packaging. What you achieve

• Responsible for packing baked goods or favourite products
• Leadership, planning and staff development of around 25 employees per shift
• Professional and technical support of the plant operators
• Ensuring quality, hygiene and occupational safety regulations
• Responsible for cross-team communication, administrative tasks and process optimisation

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: in the food industry
• Professional experience: 1 - 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable position
• Training or at least many years of experience in the food industry or with packaging machines
• Technical flair: Very good practical and theoretical understanding of production processes and production plants
• 1-3 years of leadership experience in a comparable position
• Working hours are Monday - Friday. Working hours from 04:00 - 13:00 and 12:00 - 20:00
• German (B1)
