About the job
The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden AG will be comprehensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.
Our concierge is much more than a classic hub: it is the first point of contact, orientation point, and business card of our house. Here, threads come together – from tenants, employees, and external partners.

Employee Concierge (m/f/d)
Workload 50 – 80 %
With this, you support us:
- You represent our company as a concierge – as the first point of contact and business card internally and externally
- You are the central interface between tenants and our house and ensure smooth information flow
- You are co-responsible for renting our senior apartments and professionally accompany interested parties and tenants
- You support our tenants in everyday life pragmatically and uncomplicatedly – from receiving packages to orientation within the house
- You organize internal service tasks and coordinate requests efficiently and reliably
- You also provide social support in everyday life – attentive, respectful, and appropriate to the situation
- You manage the emergency call system reliably and responsibly
- You take on administrative tasks in tenant management such as recording and maintaining master data, contract management, and documentation in a structured and efficient manner
This convinces us about you:
- You have completed commercial or equivalent training and bring experience in reception, service environment, or healthcare
- You are present, reliable, and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- You appear confident, communicate clearly and appropriately – personally, by phone, and in writing
- You recognize what is needed at the moment, act independently, and take responsibility
- You have a fine sense for people and situations
- You work in a structured, reliable manner with a high quality standard
- You remain calm and professional even when it gets demanding
- You speak fluent German; additional languages are a clear advantage
