Area of responsibility

• Live monitoring: From our control centre in Sursee as well as occasionally on site in the branches, you always keep an eye on the branches. Irregularities are recognised and immediate measures are initiated
• Reactive monitoring: In case of theft reports, the situation is immediately reconstructed, the perpetrators identified, and the incident properly documented
• Situation analysis: Security risks, unusual behaviour or hazardous situations such as vandalism or thefts are detected early and correctly assessed
• Intervention & reporting: Immediate measures are taken if necessary. Alerting the branches, security services or the police included
• Evidence preservation: Video material is professionally evaluated, secured and stored in compliance with data protection after incidents
• System maintenance: Cameras, recording devices and software are regularly tested and technical faults reported immediately
• Logging: All incidents are carefully recorded in the surveillance logbook, including times and access logs

• Experience: Practical experience in store surveillance is required, knowledge in CCTV monitoring is an advantage
