About the job
Deputy Secretary-General
AUTJ166
The General Secretariat of the judicial authorities plays a central role in their organisation; its mission is to provide support and expertise to the governing bodies and to assume administrative leadership.
Your mission is to assist the Secretary-General in the strategic and operational support provided to the Administrative Commission of the Judicial Authorities (CAAJ), the management and representative body of these authorities.
As the person responsible for the institution's project portfolio, you ensure the prioritisation of initiatives, the appropriate allocation of resources, and the identification of risks. You guarantee their consolidation, monitoring, and coordination, ensuring the rigorous application of project management methods and standards. Additionally, you support entities in the deployment of their projects, incorporating a change management approach.
At the same time, you ensure the development and management of internal control and risk management systems for the judicial authorities. In this capacity, you advise and coordinate the various actors in the development and implementation of these systems. You develop the management and reporting tools necessary for strategic and operational decision-making and ensure the construction and maintenance of the judicial authorities' business continuity plan.
Integrated into a small team where interdependence and versatility are essential, you provide support to the activities of other members of the General Secretariat as needed and contribute to the overall coherence of the administrative functioning of the judicial authorities.
Holder of a university master's degree, you have proven experience in managing strategic projects and change management, ideally acquired in an institutional environment or organisational consultancy. Experience in organisational development is a valued asset.
You master the management of strategic activities and internal control and risk management systems. This is complemented by proven expertise in project management methods. With excellent writing skills, you know how to structure and communicate complex information clearly and precisely. A good knowledge of the regulatory framework specific to public institutions completes your technical background.
Recognised for your rigour and ability to prioritise, you possess a keen sense of communication and negotiation, inspiring confidence in your interlocutors in demanding situations. Versatile and decidedly team-oriented, you position yourself as a strategic partner and lead all stakeholders towards change. Your adaptability and proactivity allow you to respond agilely to the needs of a constantly evolving institution. Appreciated for your loyalty, you identify with the values of public service and are ready to fully commit to the exercise of a demanding management role.
Excellent command of French is essential. Understanding, particularly oral, of the German language is an advantage. This position also requires a clean criminal record and debt collection register.
