About the job

• You work four days a week as store manager in your home store and support other stores in your district one day a week, taking responsibility for sales, costs and target achievement.
• You support the store managers in your district in recruiting new employees and actively promote the junior programme for future leadership talents.
• Analyse relevant key figures, monitor personnel costs and productivity, and initiate targeted improvement measures.
• You ensure a high level of service quality and make sure that the OCHSNER SHOES sales philosophy is lived in everyday business.
• You consistently implement guidelines for merchandise presentation, decoration and current promotional measures in the stores.

• You have completed training in retail and have several years of experience in sales or a comparable field, preferably in the shoe industry.
• Your strong customer and service orientation as well as your entrepreneurial thinking and acting distinguish you in daily work.
• You have a pronounced organisational talent and a clear sense of priorities.
• With your open, positive and friendly personality, you quickly win people over and convince as a leader.
• You know the region and the local economic structure well and are ideally bilingual in German and French.
