Your Tasks

• Reliable, competent and friendly advice by telephone and in the professional shop
• Ensure coordination between internal and external service
• Record and process incoming customer orders and sales orders, as well as provide CAD plans and CAM programmes for production
• Prepare quotations
• Maintain potential and existing customers and suppliers
• Customer-friendly and solution-oriented approach

Your Strengths

• You have a craft apprenticeship (carpenter, roofer or joiner)
• Ideally, you have experience in sales
• You are a motivated, resilient and team-oriented personality
• You possess the ability to view processes in context
• You preferably have knowledge of Cadwork-CAD machine control, ERP systems and Office products
