You are interested in supporting us particularly with the following administrative and organisational matters:

• Mandate management and maintenance, including telephone contact with clients, authorities and other stakeholders as well as correspondence in German and English
• Efficient planning and organisation of meetings, internal and external events, lectures and travel
• Invoicing and expense accounting
• Drafting of contract documents, corporate resolutions, memoranda and legal briefs
• Creation and design of presentations for internal and external purposes
• Structured deadline monitoring and prioritisation

You are focused, constructive, humorous and work independently and precisely. Furthermore, you bring a confident demeanour and team spirit, you are ready to take responsibility and support our corporate goals through a service-oriented approach. You have solid user knowledge of MS Office and common legal tech applications and speak good English in addition to German. Experience in the legal field would be an advantage but is not required.
