Dispatcher for Service Technicians Construction Machinery 100% (m/f)

What you can achieve with us

• Scheduling of service technicians in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
• Ensuring the flow of information between customers, service technicians and internal service
• Receiving telephone enquiries/orders and processing them
• Advising and supporting our customers and employees
• Processing spare parts orders from service technicians
• Optimising workflows and processes
• Administrative tasks

What you bring to your role

• Commercial or technical basic training with a flair for construction machinery
• Geographical knowledge is essential
• Knowledge of service organisations, ideally from the area of planning/scheduling
• 3-5 years of experience in telephone customer service and sales
• Willingness to supervise apprentices
• Good communication skills with internal and external customers
• Organisational talent with interconnected thinking and good healthy assertiveness
• A personality with a reliable and systematic way of working
• Good oral and written German skills and English skills are an advantage
• Good knowledge of common IT tools (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
