Customer Advisor Credit Cards (m/f/d) – 24/7 Shift Work

To strengthen our dynamic team in the credit card sector, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for committed and motivated individuals who enjoy customer contact and are willing to work in a 24/7 shift system.

Your Tasks

• Customer Advice: You support credit card customers by phone and in writing and answer questions about statements, card limits, and other services.
• Card Security: You process card blocks quickly and reliably in case of loss or theft.
• Fraud Prevention: You monitor transactions, identify suspicious activities, and initiate the necessary measures.
• Administration: You maintain and update customer data and take on general administrative tasks in the back office.

Your Profile

• Language Skills: You have fluent German skills at level C1/C2 as well as very good French skills.
• Shift Willingness: You are willing to work flexibly in a 24/7 shift model – including day, late, and night shifts as well as weekend and public holiday duties.
• Impeccable Character: A current criminal record extract and debt enforcement extract without relevant entries are required for this role according to applicable banking guidelines.
• Customer Orientation: You convince with pronounced service orientation, patience, and clear, professional communication.
• IT Skills: You are confident with PCs and quickly familiarise yourself with new applications and systems.
• Teamwork: You work reliably, responsibly, and appreciate collaboration in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
