Internal Sales Representative (100%)

About the job

Tasks that challenge you:

• Active sale of weapons, optics, ammunition and other accessories to firearms dealers and authorities / police forces via inbound and outbound telephony
• Support of the external sales team in all administrative matters
• Creation of dealer information regarding new products and stock items
• Internal control of order entries and system-based initiation of order deliveries
• Preparation of customer correspondence and quotations, creation of internal evaluations; handling of complaints as well as general office tasks
• Central interface function between customers, external sales team and other internal departments
• Preparation for and assistance at customer events at the Neuhausen site; participation in trade fair preparations and conducting internal company tours

Requirements:

• High customer orientation with enjoyment of both telephone and physical customer contact as well as strong enthusiasm for the core area "sales"
• Native German speaker, fluent English skills mandatory; additional language skills in French and/or Italian advantageous
• Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) mandatory
• Sales-oriented attitude with strong communication skills, negotiation skills and persuasiveness
• Team player with high initiative, organisational skills, problem-solving competence and structured working style
• Prior knowledge in the areas of weapons, optics, ammunition and firearm accessories is an advantage (but not a requirement). An impeccable reputation is required
