B2B Internal Sales (80-100%) German / French
Your tasks
- Competent customer support and technical advice in German and French
- Preparation of quotations and comprehensive order processing in the ERP system Dynamics 365
- Maintenance and development of existing customer relationships as well as support for the field sales team
- Coordination and monitoring of customer orders in collaboration with technical and logistics departments
- Handling service, warranty and complaint issues until successful resolution
Your profile
- Commercial basic training with experience in internal sales in a construction-related industry or technical basic training with further education as a Technical Salesperson
- Several years of professional experience in internal sales and enthusiasm for technical products and contexts
- Understanding of technical drawings, materials and production processes
- Very good German skills as well as business fluent French skills (at least level B2)
- Confident handling of ERP systems and Microsoft 365
