Head of Technology (m/f/d)

• You lead the areas of cleaning, building maintenance and conveyor system and ensure good cooperation within your area of responsibility
• You are responsible for the reliable operation of our technical systems, buildings and infrastructure and ensure a smooth process
• You coordinate maintenance, repair and upkeep work proactively and ensure that faults are resolved quickly and pragmatically
• You stay close to the action and also pitch in yourself. Especially when things get hectic, you find practical solutions and keep an overview
• Together with your team, you continuously develop technology, infrastructure and processes and implement identified optimisation potentials purposefully

• You have completed a technical or craft apprenticeship and ideally have leadership experience
• As a natural leader, you motivate your employees, set clear expectations and lead on equal terms
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding are among your strengths. You also like to get stuck in yourself
• You work independently, reliably and solution-oriented and keep an overview even with multiple challenges
• Clear, appreciative and binding communication is a matter of course for you. You tackle issues proactively and gladly take responsibility
